Please review these terms before booking. They explain deposits, cancellations, equipment care, safety, weather rules, and customer responsibilities.

Welcome to Guerreros Party Rentals. By accessing our website guerrerosparty.com and booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Bookings & Deposits
All reservations are subject to availability and are only confirmed once the required non-refundable deposit is paid.
The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to or at the time of delivery, as specified in your invoice or online order details.
3. Damage Policy & Equipment Care
The renter is responsible for all rental equipment from the time of delivery until pickup. In the event of damage, one of the following protocols may apply:
Damage Waiver
An optional, non-refundable fee that may cover minor accidental wear and tear. This does not cover gross negligence, theft, or damage caused by prohibited items such as Silly String, face paint, markers, food stains, chemical products, or misuse.
Professional Repair
For repairable damage, the renter agrees to pay the total cost invoiced by a third-party professional repair company, including logistics, materials, shipping, and labor when applicable.
Total Replacement
If the equipment is deemed unrepairable, suffers permanent aesthetic damage including stains, cuts, burns, chemical marks, or is lost or stolen, the renter is responsible for the full current market replacement cost of a new unit.
4. Tennessee Safety & Weather Compliance
Child Safety: Constant adult supervision by a responsible adult age 18 or older is strictly required for all inflatables, bounce houses, slides, games, and interactive rentals.
Weather Policy: For customer and guest safety, Guerreros Party Rentals reserves the right to cancel, refuse setup, pause use, or deflate equipment if winds exceed 15–20 mph, or if lightning, heavy rain, unsafe ground conditions, or severe weather is present.
Silly String Warning: Silly String causes permanent chemical damage to vinyl. If detected, repair or total replacement fees may be applied automatically.
5. Specialized Equipment
Throne Chairs & Decorative Items: These items are for decorative and photographic use. Do not move them once installed by our staff. Upholstery stains, frame damage, scratches, or structural damage may be billed under professional repair or replacement protocols.
Tents: The renter must ensure underground utility lines are marked before staking when required. Cooking, grilling, open flames, fireworks, or unsafe heat sources under tents are strictly prohibited.
Inflatables: Shoes, sharp objects, food, drinks, gum, confetti, pets, face paint, and prohibited substances are not allowed inside inflatables.
6. Liability Release
Please read carefully. By hiring Guerreros Party Rentals, the renter hereby releases, waives, and discharges Guerreros Party Rentals, its owners, representatives, and employees from any and all liability for injury, disability, death, loss, or damage to person or property, whether arising from negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any legal actions must be filed in the courts presiding over the business’s primary location or the applicable jurisdiction for the rental transaction.
8. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Deposits: All deposits paid to Guerreros Party Rentals are non-refundable. This deposit secures your equipment and date, making the rental items unavailable to other customers.
Standard Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the event date may result in a credit of the deposit amount, valid for a future rental within 6 months, subject to availability.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event date may result in the forfeiture of the deposit and may be subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the total rental balance.
Weather-Related Cancellations: Guerreros Party Rentals reserves the sole right to cancel an installation if weather conditions, including winds over 15–20 mph, heavy rain, lightning, or unsafe conditions, are deemed unsafe.
In the event of a weather-related cancellation before setup, the customer may receive a full credit of the deposit toward a future available date.
Once the equipment is set up and installed, no refunds or credits will be issued due to subsequent weather changes.
No-Show Policy: If the renter is not present at the delivery location at the agreed time, or if the setup area is not ready or accessible, the driver will wait for 15 minutes before moving to the next delivery. In this case, the rental may be considered canceled, and the full balance may be charged.
