CONDITION OF ITEMS: The equipment will be delivered in good condition. The Renter must inspect the items listed at the time of delivery and confirm their status before accepting them. The Lessor will not be responsible for faults or defects reported after delivery.
RENTER’S RESPONSIBILITY: The Renter assumes full responsibility for the items while in their possession. In case of loss, theft, or damage, the Renter agrees to pay the full cost of repair or replacement. The equipment must be used only for its intended purpose.
USE AND OPERATION: Bouncers, water slides, and tents will be installed by our team on a safe surface. The Renter must not move the items after installation. The use of equipment is not permitted during high winds (20+ mph) or heavy rain.
DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS: A 30% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be settled before or at the time of delivery. No refunds will be issued after the equipment has been delivered.
PROPERTY ACCESS: The Lessor and their associates have the right to access the Renter’s property to deliver, install, or collect the equipment on the agreed dates and times.

PROHIBITIONS: The use of “silly string,” food, drinks, face paint, sharp objects, or water (unless authorized) is prohibited on the equipment. Violations will result in cleaning fees ($75+) or replacement costs.
